At the Box early again today and had my cup of coffee to get started...

WOD:
AIRDYNE...NOOOOOOOOOOOO

30 minutes @
30 secs @ 75%
30 secs @ 50%

rest 1 minute after each fifth set....

results..I CAN'T FEEL MY LEGS................the minute rest period was enough to get of the bike and never want to look at it again...My legs were smoked after the first set...got thru it without slowing to much...Would it be wrong to hide the airdyne?
