Training:
Muscle Up practice for 7 minutes
25 Handstand Push Ups No grinders!
12 Min AMRAP:
200m Run
5 Burpees
10 GHD
Results:
Muscle practice was good...got two in a row...still struggle when I think about it too much...need to just do it!
25 HSPU...Did these in groups of 5...keep good form and depth...
12 Min AMRAP:
5 rounds plus burpees....this was tough...set a pace where I was moving all the time...no stopping
